Alpha adaptado al español ofrece una oportunidad a cualquier persona que quiera explorar la fe cristiana de una forma abierta y no intimidante, a través de 16 sesiones desarrolladas en 11 semanas. Alpha es sencillo, acogedor y divertido. En Alpha comemos juntos, escuchamos una presentación dinámica de un aspecto del cristianismo y luego damos nuestra opinión libremente.

In our changing world that feels in many ways like it’s been turned upside down over the past year, you may be asking yourself some pretty heavy questions….
- Why is all of this happening, and how long will it last?
- What does the future hold?
- Is there a God in control when all I see around me is chaos?
- If God is actually out there, then how can I connect with Him?
Perhaps more than ever before, people are seeking answers to questions such as these. We want to know if there is anything we can truly stake our lives on when everything around us is changing. We want a safe place where we can be honest and openly seek answers to the questions we are confronting about our faith, our life, and the people around us.
Alpha is great for anyone new to the Christian faith or thinking about getting back to faith, as well as those who are curious about God and what Christianity is all about. Alpha sessions give people the opportunity to hear from others about any questions they may have while also allowing you to ask any question you may have.
Alpha is also open to those who are already Christians or have already taken Alpha. Many people take the Alpha course more than once and find that they gain new insights about their faith each and every time. You’ll make new friends and enjoy some fellowship and thoughtful conversation.
Each Alpha session is 90 minutes long and includes time of fellowship, a video of a particular topic, and some discussion time. Some of the topics we’ll discuss are:
- Life – is there more than this?
- Jesus – who is Jesus and why did he die?
- Bible – why and how do I read the Bible?
- Who is the Holy Spirit?
- Follow – how does God guide us through life?
- Healing – does God still heal people today?
- …and more!
