Bible Study
Each week, Rev. Jason or Rev. Lori will lead a study on the focus passage for the coming Sunday’s sermon. It's a great way to prepare for Sunday, ask questions, and dive deeper into the passage. Starting January 10!

Holy Yoga
Classes will begin with breathing exercises and Christian meditation, will move through a flow section, and then move into a time of deeper stretching, ending with relaxation and meditation. A great midweek class to open up those tight shoulders and hips!

Spirit Express
As part of our Ministry with Teens program, we strive to deliver a program that shares values of faith and community in the relationships our teens have with each other and with the church. In that, we welcome any young people of any faith into our program.

Lent Bible Study
This Lenten Study will run on Wednesday evenings from 7-9pm starting March 1st, 2023. Each session includes a check-in time, a video presentation, discussion, and prayer time. A Study Guide is available from Rev. Lori for $16. If you wish to go deeper into the topics, the book "Sacred Pathways" by Gary Thomas is available here, but it is not required for the course.

The Marriage Course
Nicky and Sila Lee, authors of The Marriage Book, developed The Marriage Course for couples looking for practical support to strengthen their relationship. The course is designed to help couples build strong foundations, learn to communicate more effectively, and resolve differences well.

Festival of Flowers
We invite you to make a donation for flowers in memory or honour of a loved one. The flowers will grace the chancel during worship celebrations on Easter Sunday. Afterward, they will be delivered to our members in care settings. The recipients are extremely grateful for the thoughtfulness.
